§ 01 The Firm
Four pillars
“We do not list works. We represent them.
i

We hold narrow by choice.

Two verticals, one standard of representation. We decline mandates outside that scope — however compelling the asset — because focus is the only compounding advantage a boutique has.

ii

We write before we act.

Every mandate is agreed in writing before any work is presented. No verbal commitments, no undocumented decisions. If it cannot be written down, it does not happen.

iii

We measure in decades.

An artist's market is built over years, not cycles. We favour placements that strengthen a body of work over time — generational horizon, not quick turnover. Speed is rarely a virtue in representation — clarity is.

iv

The relationship is itself confidential.

We do not disclose counterparties, mandate structures, or principals — publicly or privately. Confidentiality is enforced contractually from the first exchange and never expires.

Digital Art & Representation

Primary representation of digital artists — building market, structuring sales, and placing works with serious collectors and institutions. Advisory on how digital works and their rights are documented, authenticated, and transferred to the buyer.

On Fine ArtOct 2026

The private sale is the quietest asset class.

For every work that reaches a saleroom under the hammer, several more move in confidence — artist to collector, estate to foundation. The private sale is where significant collections are actually built, and where discretion remains the dominant currency.

N° 01
On Digital ArtOct 2026

Digital artists need primary representation, not platforms.

A marketplace is not a market. True value in digital art is built through deliberate placement — collector by collector, exhibition by exhibition. The role of a primary representative is not to list, but to construct the context in which the work matters.

N° 02
On BoutiqueOct 2026

Focus is a compounding advantage.

The boutique's only edge over scale is the discipline to decline. Every mandate taken outside the thesis dilutes the ones taken inside it. Narrow, by design, is how we compound judgment over years rather than fragment it across trends.

§ 05 Approach
Four steps

Clarity before speed.

I

Discovery

Initial · No obligation

A private conversation to understand objectives, horizons, and constraints. Full confidentiality from the first exchange.

II

Mandate

Written · Defined

A written agreement covering scope, exclusivity, term, and compensation — and the decisions that remain the principal's alone.

III

Preparation

Active · Documented

Provenance, rights review, and a presentation dossier — nothing reaches a third party without the principal's approval.

IV

Placement

Continuous · Reported

Approaches to the right auction houses, galleries, and collectors. Every proposal is forwarded in writing — the principal decides.

Six questions

Before you write.

How are mandates structured?

Each mandate is bespoke. Compensation is agreed in writing before engagement and can take the form of advisory retainer, success fee on execution, or a combination tailored to the mandate. We do not accept undisclosed commissions from third parties.

Is there a minimum engagement size?

There is no fixed minimum. We take on a small number of mandates at a time, so that each one receives our full attention — usually when the significance of the work or the complexity of the sale calls for dedicated representation.

Do you represent both sides of a transaction?

We represent one principal per mandate. Where a potential conflict exists, it is disclosed in writing at the earliest opportunity and the principal's written consent is obtained before proceeding, or the engagement is declined.

How long does a private sale typically take?

For a significant work, from first mandate to closed settlement, the process generally runs three to nine months. Timeline is driven by provenance, pricing calibration, counterparty discovery, and the time required for a serious buyer to complete due diligence.

What jurisdictions do you operate in?

The firm is registered in Brazil (CNPJ 59.665.238/0001-89) and accepts mandates with global scope. Cross-border execution is coordinated with local counsel in the relevant jurisdictions.
